Pizza Making Experience

This interactive class starts with a live demonstration of how to make perfect pizza dough. After that, each participant will roll out their dough and choose from a variety of fresh toppings to create their personalised pizza masterpiece. The chefs will then cook the pizzas to perfection, and everyone gets to enjoy the fruits of their labour with a fresh, hot pizza lunch!

It’s a fun, relaxed atmosphere where everyone can unleash their creativity and enjoy a delicious meal.

Wellness Package

Enhance your experience with our specially designed wellness upgrade. Your delegates will be invited to attend a morning yoga and breath-work class which can be tailored to your needs. An optional healthy continental breakfast will be served after.

Pasta Making Masterclass

Step into the heart of Italian cuisine with a hands-on pasta-making experience! In this interactive class, participants will learn how to create fresh pasta dough from scratch. Guided by our expert chefs, everyone will have the opportunity to roll, shape, and even fill their own pasta—whether it’s long, delicate strands or a hearty ravioli. Once the pasta is prepared, the chefs will cook up a delicious lunch using the participants’ creations.

Wine Tasting

Enjoy a vinous journey through our award winning selection of wines hosted by our knowledgeable staff. The tasting will include samples of 6 wines (30ml) and commentary from our team.

Basic Cocktail Class

Shake things up with our Basic Cocktail Class! This engaging class begins with a demonstration of how to mix some of the most popular and classic cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options are available. After the demo, participants will get to practice their cocktail-making skills, from shaking to stirring, and create their own drinks to enjoy.

It’s a perfect way to learn the fundamentals of bartending while enjoying a fun and social atmosphere.

Shaw Estate’s highly anticipated new restaurant brings a refined yet relaxed Mediterranean dining experience to Murrumbateman. Offering a menu deeply rooted in Italian tradition while celebrating local and seasonal ingredients.
