Yes, we have a beautiful bridal preparation area within the function space.

After 10pm doors need to be closed to ensure the entertainment noise does not disturb the residents in the surrounding area.

Shaw Estate provides a range of AV equipment, listed items on your proposal & contract. We also provide contact to our preferred suppliers on request.

Coordinating every detail of your special day, including booking, administration and communication. Following your ceremony, our reception event coordinator will assist with final touches and an electronic event order to confirm and share details with your suppliers.

Our venue partner, the Hotel Realm precinct, can assist with accommodation and transportation arrangements. You can view on-site accommodation options, which you can view here.

Yes they can but it is not a secure carpark, therefore guests can leave at their own discretion.
We can also organise helicopter drop off. $3,000 one way.

There are 50 spaces on the tarmac plus 30 on an overflow grassy area. We also offer 4 accessible car park spots and 1 EV Porsche/Tesla charging point and 1 Hub EV charging point for two charge spots (bring your own cable).

As the ceremony is on grass, we recommend a block heel as a suitable suggestion if any guests are planning to wear heels.

We kindly ask that all catering be arranged through our in-house team, so we can ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for you and your guests.

Tables, linen, chairs, tiffany chairs, tableware and cloth napkins are included in the standard venue hire fee.

Yes, the confetti must be a natural product, such as leaves or flower petals, and there is a $250 cleaning fee. For other items like candles or fireworks, please discuss specific details with your wedding executive.

Our operations team will set up the venue for you, but we recommend hiring an event stylist to ensure everything is perfect for your big day.

Your dedicated weddings executive will monitor weather conditions in the days leading up to your wedding and help you choose the best option. If needed, the ceremony can be moved to the balcony area of the function centre.

The venue is fully accessible. Both the function space and bathrooms offer dedicated parking. Fully smooth paths from the main entrance. Ceremony area is fully grassed, but there is a pathway installed halfway in, with the option to drive closer to the ramp if needed.

$3000 venue hire which includes tables, chairs, tiffany chairs, tableware and cloth napkins. Crockery, cutlery and glassware. Cake table and knife. Shaw Estate bar and wait staff. Onsite coordinator.

Deposit paid within 7 days of contract being sent, which is a 20% non-refundable deposit. Remainder of payment 4 days prior to wedding taking place.
