Join us at Shaw Estate for a creative and indulgent afternoon of clay and wine. Guided by clay expert Joanne, you’ll handcraft your own textural antipasti platter using the soft slab technique, pressing natural elements like leaves, bark, and stone into the clay to create a one-of-a-kind piece that’s both beautiful and functional.
After your clay session, unwind with a wine tasting experience paired with a small, shared menu featuring cheeses, cured meats, and seasonal accompaniments — all set within the intimate surrounds of the Cellar Room.

Founded by wine industry veterans in Victoria’s Yarra Valley, Four Pillars creates gins that celebrate local ingredients – from their famous Bloody Shiraz to special barrel-aged releases and ‘Made from Gin’ food products. Join brand ambassador Sam Hulston for welcome drinks, a guided tasting, and a three-course dinner pairing dishes to thoughtfully crafted Four Pillars cocktails and a glass of the Canberra region’s iconic cool climate Shiraz.
