This lovely Sparkling Semillon is pale straw in colour with vibrant aromas of citrus and lemon peel. Underpinned by notes of stone fruit and hints of tropical fruit. An elegant and complex wine showing secondary fermentation characters of brioche, toast and nuttiness. Beautifully balanced by medium acidity and delivering a fine bead with a refreshing and clean finish.
